Since my livestreams are directed at 16+, no NSFW or very suggestive commissions are accepted for this category

Payment is Accepted via Ko-Fi Only, unless other means of payment are discussed prior

Refunds may be requested and given in full for "Stream Exclusive" commissions if not completed the weekend following when payment was received / within 10 days of payment, whatever is latest

"Stream Exclusive" Commissions are done without communication after the work has begun. If you happen to be present during the livestream it is done on, I will check in frequently for revisions

These commissions are very similar to "SKEB" aka "surprise me" type commissions

All commissions are created for PERSONAL USE ONLY. At this time I do not offer any commissions for Commercial Usage.

By default, commissions will be posted publicly to my social media accounts, used as a commission example, and/or have progress livestreamed via YouTube unless you request ahead of time for it to remain private

I retain the rights to all art I produce, and reserve the right to reuse sketches/concepts that went unused/unpurchased for any commission

Reuploading my Art to other Social Media Sites is ALLOWED - but only with properly written credit (my username tagged visibly on post/description). Watermarks do not count as proper credit.

You may use my Art as a Sticker/Reaction Image without needing to credit, as long as you do not claim the art as your own

Usage of my art for Generative AI, NFT/Crypto, or blockchain purposes is NOT Allowed

Do not heavily Reference, Trace, or Edit my work without Permission

You are NOT Allowed to Purchase a Design from me just for the purpose of Reselling

Payments Accepted through: PayPal, Ko-Fi, and CashApp

Additional Fees may Apply to a Commission for Complexity / Time Constraints

I can work with Specific Deadlines if discussed - quicker turnarounds may require an additional Rush Fee

Commissions will NOT be Started until Full (100%) Payment is Received

Full Payment is Taken Upfront. Short Payment Plans & Holds may be Considered on a case by case basis.

Payment Plans are ALWAYS Considered if Total is Above $200 USD

You request a refund before full payment is sent

I cannot complete the commission for any reason, even if there is progress done, you will be given a FULL Refund.

I offer any sort of refund via DMs for a privately disclosed reason

If for any reason the commission takes over a year to complete, a refund may be requested and client will be refunded based on progress completed.

Refunds may be requested and given in full for "Stream Exclusive" commissions purchased via Ko-Fi if not completed the weekend following when payment was received

In the event of an unexpected life situation, or if client no longer desires the commission for any reason, I reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If the commission has been completed, a refund is not available for any reason.

If you wish for a previously completed commission to be redone, you can re-commission for it to be redone at a discounted price (discount amount varies and will be discussed via DMs)

Refunds may take up to 2 months to return in full depending on amount to be refunded, and will be returned the way it was sent unless provided an alternate preferred method of payment.

Any Art Related Commissions have an Estimated Turnaround of 1 Week - 2 Months

Any Animation Related Commissions have an Estimated Turnaround of 1 - 6 Months

For Animation Commissions, you will be asked your Preference on Update Frequency once payment is sent in full

If an update is missed, please do not be afraid to check in !

"Stream Exclusive" Commissions through my Ko-Fi are done without communication after the work has begun. If you happen to be present during the livestream it is done on, I will check in frequently for revisions.

Revisions can be Requested at ANY Point during non-"Stream Exclusive" Commission process until after the Flat Colors are Approved

ART COMMISSIONS (not including any that are "Stream Exclusive") will receive 1-4 initial sketches

After a sketch (or multiple, if discussed & paid for appropriately) is selected, client will be updated again once line art is completed

With approval of line art, flat colors will be applied to commission if applicable, for final stage of approval. NO EDITS/REVISIONS WILL BE DONE AFTER THIS STAGE UNLESS IT IS AN ERROR ON MY END.

If extra rendering is paid for, it will be done last, and finished version(s) will be sent to client through Discord/Ko-Fi, including a higher resolution version via Google Drive

You may additionally ask to receive your commission via e-mail

ANIMATION COMMISSIONS will typically receive a "style test" version of their commissioned character(s), which comes as a fullbody image of the character(s) done in my art style

If applicable, once the stylized fullbody is approved by client, work is officially started on the animated commission using the pre-done fullbody as an official character reference/guide. Clients are more than welcome to use/reupload the fullbody with credit.

Once first WIP is sent, client will be updated based on pre-discussed frequency preference unless any unplanned circumstances postpone progress (in which case client will be contacted about ASAP)

Edits/revisions can be requested at any point whenever WIPs are sent, though excessive revisions after the sketch phase may result in additional fees

An unwatermarked version of the finished product will be sent to client via Google Drive, though only the watermarked version may be posted/reposted publicly

Stills / PNGs / GIFs of shots in the animated work may be requested for free, and will be included in the Google Drive link sent to the client
